Easy drive to Horsey Windmill (NT,), Barton and Hicking Broads for bird reserve and nature trails. The Norfolk Market town of North Walsham is 4 miles and Norwich 12 miles. Railway station 1 mile and shops 4 miles (North Walsham and Stalham). Pub, Worstead Church and Post Office ½ mile.

This Norfolk holiday cottage comprises of a very comfortable open-plan lounge/dining room with 'log-effect' fire, leading to fully fitted kitchen. French doors lead onto enclosed patio area with garden furniture and open garden.
